happyfares - Ticket booked without authorisation

I had booked a ticket on Dec *st and paid full amount upfront, after the amount deduction there was no confirmation of ticket.
I called the **x* helpline number multiple times but nobody picked up the call even when they did they immediately disconnected and did not speak to me so I drop them an email and WhatsApp message on the official channel that was mentioned on their website.
After six hours a get a message from them telling me that my booking has not been completed and a link was provided to complete my booking. I did not open the link as I did not want to book ticket with them and I only wanted my refund so I drop them a message saying please do not proceed with the booking and refund the amount.
They sent me a ticket next day without me confirming my booking and now they are charging me full cancellation amount without me having to confirm ticket booking in the first place.
