cancellation done for Mr. Anurag and Mrs. Dipika, due to covid positive before date of departure.
PNR for partial cancellation: KP**NG
The flight indigo has completely refunded the booking amount for the to and fro flight for both the passengers. Bangalore to Patna and Patna to Bangalore.
Here is the transaction reference number and refund dates from the airline.
