Jawa Bike - They didn t give me a new product

I buy a back grill in tamilnadu coimbatore signature motor ... They put me old grill and they told me they dont have a stock if that come means i will put a new one... It happend before * months... Till now i am calling but they not answering... I am so disappoint bcz of it... If they treat every costomer like this means jawa brand will lose... I love jawa plz take severe action plzzz...
