Anamika Bhartiya filed complaint against Jawa Bike on Nov 9, 2024
Dear Sir/Madam
I am writing to express my disappointment with the services provided by Classic Legends and its affiliates. I purchased a Yezdi Roadster (Owner Name: Anamika Bhartiya Reg. No DL*SCM****Chasis Number: MZDJ**C**N*B***** Engine Number: PBE-NB******) from EV Trades, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. Since the purchase, I have faced numerous issues, including delayed bike registration due to your dealership. After much Escalations found in the trail, the same was addressed.
Subsequently, I have been taking my bike for periodic services at M/SShreeji Automobiles, your authorized service center in Sector **, Noida. Unfortunately, all services have been conducted without providing any bills, as I was informed that the billing software is still under development. I have made all payments via UPI, and I am enclosing a screenshot of one such transaction.
Additionally, on November *th, My vehicle had a breakdown and I attempted to arrange a paid towing service through your Roadside Assistance. Despite multiple calls, the service was not provided, as my vehicle details were reportedly missing from your database. This indicates serious mismanagement. Furthermore, a customer representative promised a callback, which I have yet to receive. Another representative requested my RC copy over WhatsApp, but there has been no update since I shared it. The details is been enclosed as a seperate attachment.
The ongoing grievances and harassment caused by your customer representatives, the failure to provide necessary bills, and the lack of commitment fulfillment represent serious legal violations. I request a detailed explanation and the authorized copies of all repair bills within ** days of receiving this email. Failure to do so will leave me no choice but to consider legal action against your authorized dealer and the OEM manufacturer for substandard services and potential fraud.
