JAWA BIKE - Unresolved Service Issue with Jawa Bike

Dear Jawa Customer Support,
I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the lack of service and communication from your team regarding my Jawa bike.
It has now been Seven days since my bike was submitted to your service center, and I have still not received any resolution, update, or even a basic acknowledgment. Despite multiple calls, emails, and in-person visits, there has been no response from your service center staff or management.
This is not the first time I’ve faced issues. In just five months of owning this bike, it has already broken down twice, requiring extended service periods. Now, with the current problem, the lack of support and unprofessional behavior from your team, especially Mr. Akash and the local GM, has made the situation completely unacceptable.
I am escalating this matter to the highest level. I demand the following:
Immediate resolution of my bike issue.
A formal explanation for the poor service and communication.
Details of the escalation matrix and contact details of senior management.
If the issue cannot be permanently fixed, I expect a replacement or a full refund.
This is my final attempt to resolve the matter directly. If I do not receive a satisfactory response within ** hours, I will be forced to take this public through social media, consumer complaint forums, and legal avenues.
