Jawa bike - Not ready to give my cancellation book amount

I Book jawa classic maroon colour on October **** . Ideal motor Hassan karnataka.Owner contact number is ********** . I Am not interested to buy this bike .I request for refund my booking amount **** to showroom on ****.I gave receipt and cancellation request letter to showroom.Still now they are not responding properly.They not ready to give my booking amount .. Please help me on this ..I contact jawa customer support to many times.But no use ..They are giving only further forward for higher authority...I request customer care on Jan ** .But no use ...
