Icici Merchant Services - They deducted my amount without giving me any information

I have taken icici POS mechine around ** days back.. Due icici Executive come to my shop is issued Pos mechine & he didn’t said about any changes he said me its free no rental , he also not tell my about this ** days no transaction changes.After around ** days from my bank account they are debited amount of *****/- On **/**/** [MID******** BALREC*******) . After I have Surenderd mechine on **/**/** but again they have debited amount *,***/- on **/**/** (MID******** BALREC********)

And they are telling me they give intimate before any deduction but they are just laying. They cut my amount without any information. They are giving me metal torture… when I visited to icici merchant bank they are not responding properly … this is huge
Amount … please refund my amount *****/- and ****. I want to pay the rent and other expenses.
