my merchant Id is ********. icici merchant service deducted *****.. * week ago from my bank account. they asked me to surrender machine and get the refund. but instead of calling them many times and mailing many times they are not refunding my money and no engineer is coming to pick the machine.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
