Icici Merchant Services - ICICI Merchant Swipe machine issue

Hi ,

I am Rajesh B and I have been offered ICICI Swipe machine TID ********. It was offered under the scheme life time free. I have been charged Rs *****. Refer attachment initial setup fee

Issue * . They charged me Rs **** + GST *** for a combo product activation in my terminal without my consent .
I have escalated this issue multiple times with ICICI Merchant services but hey didn't refund the mentioned amount . Please refer attachments

So I stopped using the terminal services(Swipe machine) . I am ready to surrender the machine in good condition . However they are threatening me to pay Rs ***** for surrendering the machine as i have not used the machine for ** days

*. At the time of installation concerned RM didn't told me about any cancellation charges and it is mandatory to use machine once in ** days.

This has created mental pressure +time loss and money loss ,
