I ordered perfumes from Zara on sale (**% discount) and got a msg from xpressbeess that my order is out for delivery and within a few minutes I got a msg that we regret to inform that we aren’t able to fulfill your order
When I call their customer care, after a long waiting time their customer executive informed me to wait *-* days for resolution. I contacted zara and they told me they cannot provide a replacement because the products are now out of stock. I don’t want a refund, i want the products that I bought in sale on a discounted price.
If I am unable to get that, I want a **** refund from both zara and xpressbees so I can order fresh items on a regular price.
This is exceptionally poor service of the courier company and I will escalate this to consumer forum if I don’t get a resolution asap.
