I received an "out for delivery" notification on November **th, but the products were never delivered. Instead, the status was falsely updated, claiming that access to the building was not permitted—a shocking and ridiculous excuse. I rescheduled the delivery for November **th, but the same issues persist. The status remains "pending for delivery" and has not been updated to "out for delivery." This is extremely disappointing, reflecting poor service and a complete waste of my valuable time and preplanned important moments.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
