Product ordered from Boodmo is not being delivered since *th May in account of wrong PIN,i.e against ******,client has put in ****** while the complete address with mobile is available, As per mail from Boodmo, the PIN has been corrected however Xpress bees is till claiming it is not corrected so it can't be delivered , even the option of collecting from distribution centre was denied. I suspect the product might have been misplaced otherwise there should not be any concern in delivering or allow to collect , it is very disappointing experience and irresponsible behavior of Xpress Bees.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
