I booked room through colive and payed the registration amount of ****Rs. Day before the check-in I called the owner of the building. He told me that he didn't got any booking from the colive. And room is not available. After that I tried to call the sales person he is not responding my call. Then **days ago I applied for refund. I did not received my refund yet..
