I had a horrible experience from a spa therapist from Urban Company in Kolkata. The professional had done the services at my house for * years, however in the last week during the course of service she stole my diamond earing smartly and left . She then calls me up and asks if she had left her Platinum/Diamond earing at my place by mistake
I explained yesterday for over * hours over a call to Urban clap team and they mentioned they would take an appropriate action. However after listening to the entire episode, all they could do this state they cant do anything at their end
