We called urban clap and got one person assigned to repair it. He came check the TV and told us that it was motherboard issue and needs to replace it. We agreed and asked him to process. We waited one whole week but he didn't update anything that TV fixed or not. We proactively called him many times but he always denied call and told us will send TV tomorrow but same thing happens till next half week. Finally he return TV after, lots of follow up with him but after repairing TV he was not allowing us to check for ** mins also and after lots of arguments he allow us to check. Also, before mounting TV , he asked about if I belong to pune or outsider and I was wondering why he asked like that but I didn't mind his question and replied him. Then he generate bill of **** which was more than standard rate of UC card and asking us to pay before TV checking.
Now after **-** days TV again giving issue that sometimes starting and sometimes not. Then we called him and asked him to check but he didn't come. After somedays, TV not starting at all same old issue. Then I was having doubt that if he actually changed new motherboard or not. So we called urban clap again and asked for new professional. New technician come to check and we found that he didn't change new motherboard as I found rust on it and not clean too. Also, we taken motherboard pic before repair and compared with new motherboard so it was same motherboard but not new one. (Please refer attached pics).
He fully cheated and get money for new motherboard from us without changing to new one. We thought urban company was good and hire professional for doing task but this incident make use to doubt it on company services.
It was very time consuming and not got expected fix on time and still we are dealing with same TV issue after so many days of fixing it. Please help...!!!
