Rashmi filed complaint against Urban Clap on Aug 1, 2023
Added *nd address in UC for the service and booked the appointment.
But second address is merged with first address.
When I am trying to edit second address. That's not happening
Because of this I had to cancel the appointment at last moment as the address shows the first one.
Had to pay cancellation charges due to merging of address and couldn't get the service.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
