Wooden street furniture pvt ltd - The sofa bought was with incorrect alignment and not fitting our space

I ordered a L shaped sofa in Wooden street and paid the full amount on June *th. The sofa was customized for measurement, fabric colour, removal of drawer and closure of a open space under the sofa. The sofa actually has two alignments left or right alignment which I was not aware and the shop did not discussed about it to me. Without checking and confirming with me they have placed left aligned sofa for my order in the ODF and I was totally not educated about it. The product was promised to be delivered in *-* weeks but was delivered to me on **th week after soo much follow ups with customer care. The product I received is not fitting as only right alignment sofa can fit our space our hall and also had shaking legs. While discussing about this with delivery people and with shop person in phone the delivery people escaped our place without our knowledge and without providing any solution. The shop person asked me to send an email to customer care and follow up with them. I sent an detailed email to the customer care asking for a solution the reply I got from them was that the design is as per ODF they are not concerned about sofa not fitting our space nor about the shaky sofa legs and they stopped replying to my emails after August **rd. I want a proper solution here please help
