Pathetic experience!
I ordered one shoe rack, first it came very late for delivery, secondly it had a manufacturing defect. I was assured that it will be replaced but nothing happened.
Even after several reminders on phone and email, nothing happened..
It's been * months since then nothing has happened.
It is just running their business to loot the people.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
