We have purchased Adolph Bed Without Storage (King size, Honey finish) order placed on **/June/**** and got delivered on **/June/****.
Adolph cot made up of cheap/low quality material and affected with fungus all over the plywood within four months.
The product don't even sustain for four months and how should we keep our trust on it for long years? More than a product, customer support is not reliable and don't respond to customer calls properly.
Because of cheap quality plywood, fungus spreads over the mattress and bed spread. Mattress bought three months ago and got damaged because of your product which is a huge financial loss for us and went through so much stress.
They used cheap MDF plywood which is the prime reason for this issue and again replacing with the same not going to solve the issue because again we will end up in the same condition.
Either you provide me with a good plywood like Century Ply and Greenply which withstands all weather conditions and lasts longer for many years.
"not (MDF)" ofcourse or else refund the money. I will buy good quality plywood from nearby shops.
