I ordered a TV unit on **th Nov ****. I waited for a week to get delivery details but in the Order tracking page, it was mentioned that the item is in production. When I contacted the Customer support on **rd Nov ****, they mentioned that the product is dispatched and in transit and also someone from the delivery team will contact me for my availability soon. I then waited till **th Nov **** and filed multiple complaints/tickets with their grievance team but no one called me back or replied to my WhatsApp texts and every time they end the conversation saying that the item is dispatched or received at the DC and a senior executive will contact me soon. But no one will call me back. The number for customer support is not reachable and every time it prompts no input received.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
