- Terrible food delivery service ^Open

I had placed an order for a pizza from Domino's on **th July at **.** PM through Zomato app. Mobile number used for the order was ********** and the order no. ***. The delivery status of the order on both Zomato and the Domino's tracking showed that the order was accepted and the order was being baked. At **.** PM the order was still not delivered and I contacted the support and they put me through to the restaurant. The restaurant manager told me that my delivery location was too far to be delivered and it won't be done. When I asked why I wasn't informed of this earlier he told that the delivery boy had called me to inform me that the location was too far to be delivered which is a lie. I have call logs proving that I was not informed by any Domino's executive of the situation. After further persuasion the Domino's manager agreed to deliver my order but wanted me to come to a traffic signal which was ***m away from my house at ** am and collect my order. The order was finally delivered to me at **.** AM which is more than ** mins after I placed the order. Throughout the discussion with the Domino's executive I had to plead and beg for them to deliver my food which I had already paid for. When I asked for a refund for my money as per their promise of guaranteed delivery in ** mins or earlier was broken they don't respond to my query at all. Whenever I call Domino's customer care to complain about this issue I get put on hold without any response. I was put on hold for more than ** minutes the last time I called. When I try reaching out to their customer care on twitter they keep saying they'll reach out to me but it's been a week and there was been no response from their end. I'm uploading screenshots showing that the order status was shown as being baked for the entire process and the conversation I had with the customer care.
