My order was delayed and when I contacted chat support, I had a terribly bad experience. The chat support agent who called himself as Smrna, blatantly gave me misleading information and was very rude. Support sucked big time and the agent was handling my query like a kinter garden child. Unfortunate last experience from eat sure, as i decided never to order from this app again.
