Last few years we do not have a proper phone and internet connection, but we are getting every single month phone internet Bills. Many time we ask BSNL to solve the problems, but it seems t be that they are not interested in this issue. so they do not have good customer service. if you take every we pay almost ****- ***** Rs. What loss!!
