I recharged [Date:- **/**/****, Time:- **:**pm] my phone on with Rs** plan of bsnl which gives "*GB data for * Day". According to this recharge plan, the *GB data shouldn't expire before next day at the same time [i.e **/**/****, **:**pm]. After recharge, I used nearly ***MB data before **:**am. But after **:**am, when i checked how much data have left in bsnl selfcare app, I was shocked to see that there was no detail about my Rs** pack but before **am there was shown that I have an active plan of Rs**. Now I am fully disappointed and unsatisfied by their service because they didn't provide complete info about their Rs** recharge plan. I want refund or complete service from bsnl.
