I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the BSNL Fiber internet connection and landline facility (Customer ID: [insert ID], Telephone No.: [insert number]) installed at my residence on [insert installation date].
From the very first day, the landline service has either not worked at all or remained unstable, making it nearly impossible to use. Additionally, the internet connection has consistently failed to deliver the promised speeds. Every week, the connection drops suddenly—sometimes multiple times—with the ‘loss of signal’ indicator flashing on the modem. Despite lodging several complaints through your helpline and local office, the response has been unsatisfactory. The remedies provided have been temporary at best, and the core issues remain unresolved. This has caused significant inconvenience to my daily routine and work-related activities.
