We have taken the franchise of tea factory in Hyderabad. We paid ***** to the company but there is no proper response from the brand. They are irregular so we claimed for a refund because of their irregularity. In the beginning, they promised us for a refund until we transferred the money. Now they are refusing to give the money back. We need justice on this issue.
