My name is Nathia Devi, I have a savings bank account in the Dabri (Hanumangarh) branch of Rajasthan ******.
I have withdrawn Rs. **,**,*** in cash on ** Jul **** and the branch has deducted TDS on the same under section ***N. I have provided all the income tax return for the previous * financial years i.e., FY **-**, FY **-** and FY **-** but still the bank has deducted TDS on the amount withdrawal. They have asked me to provided ITR for the FY **-** but for FY ****-** due has not been passed yet so I couldn’t provide the same to the bank and the bank has deducted the TDS on the same.
As per the Sec ***N TDS deduction was not applicable on me as I have already filled all the ITRs with in due time and for the latest financial year due date has not been passed yet.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
