TDR approved [amount not refunded]. Status: PAYMENT UNDER PROCESS [case old than * months]. Status not changing.
I have been raising complaints on Twitter, Railmadad, emails, etc. But it is not working through.
Reply from IRCTC Support:
"
Kindly note that Railways has approved refund amount of Rs.****/- against Pay order no.**** dt.**/JAN/**** for your PNR no.**********. But the same pay order is yet not received by IRCTC from Railways, as soon as it is received the due amount will be credited back to you.
"
But the fact is CHEQUE IS ALREADY ISSUED TO IRCTC [refer screenshot "latest-status-TDR-Feb"].
