- Tasteless food received from Zomato and they are not giving my refund Open
today i ordered malai chap from a restaurant in noida named rumali's, first of all, the address they provided in google doesn't match with the address they provided in zomato, i'm least concerned about that. Then the delivery person who delivered the food was very rude, i mean extremely ill mannered person. Although i received the food after a moment of hassle. Then comes the part of tasting, first of all the food is not what i wanted because as per my knowledge Malai chap is something totally different, still i considered to taste the food. As soon as i put the food in my mouth, the food tasted extremely disgusting and i immediatly contacted the restaurant, they agreed on refund * times as i offered them to return the food but at the third time they refused to give any refunds and literally told me that i can do whatever i want, they will not give any refund. When i tried to let Zomato know about the issue, there is no working available number for customer care to talk but there is a chat option in the app which only giving me automated replies so i couldn"t let them know about the issue. As a hard working proletariat i want my refund immediately so i'm registering my complain hoping to catch the attention of potential authorities.
