My Vodafone number **********, This number is registered with Vodafone app.While browsing the plans i found *** Bonus pack with unlimited calling(***Cap) & *GB/day internet for ** days validity in My Vodafone app and i recharged *** rupees from my vodafone app through Debit card with transaction id KA********** but instead of activating *** bonus plan i got recharge amount of ***.** rupees in main balance on *th july ****. Immediately i contacted customer care number at *** and raised the complaint with reference number ********** and it was supposed to be resolved on *th july at *.** Pm but still no response received. Again i contacted *** number for this issue still no received proper response from customer care executive. Totally i called * times to customer care executive for resolution, none of the executive resolved my issue.Hence i am raising the complaint through email for future documentary purpose.
I hope my issue will resolve immediately and above said plan will be activated. I attached screen shot of the offer details which i captured from my Vodafone app for my number **********.
