I am with vodafone from past **+ years, holding * SIMs. Presently migrating to different subscriber. Requested for past * months bills. No support from Vodafone. Earlier used to receive soft copy of mails regularly, on moving to family plan , mail id is not updated by the vodafone technician. Vodafone is refusing to share bills as my mail id is not registered. I have asked to refer to earlier bills and other sim, where mail id is registered. There is refusal to share bills. I have valid postal address, I have requested for consolidated hard copy of bills to be couriered at cost basis also. It is my rights to get my bills , for which I have paid. I want Vodafone to support me with my bills
