I have taken a ride on **th Feb ****, where the estimated bill was of ***, but at the end of the trip, the driver device was showing as *** as the total bill. When I asked for why extra amount, he showed fare break up, and *** was showing as the unsettled bill. He asked me to give that money, else he has to pay from his pocket. And asked me to check with customer service. I paid the whole amount and When I checked with Uber they told on **th may **** I have taken a ride, for which I have not paid. And they sent me a bill of **** when I checked in my Uber app, there is no such unsettled Bill. When I asked them about this, they accepted this is a technical issue, and they never reverted me regarding this. I tried contacting Uber multiple times, but there is no response from them.
