I have ordered syska *** watch online and the watch after some time is not working properly then I took the watch to the service center then they said that they will take * week to replaced the watch but after * week I went to service center then they said that they will take more * week. the watch was out of stock then after one moths the call has come from syska service centre that they unable to replace the watch but they will refund the amount first I have send email to the syska support giveing all the information regarding the watch then I have send the email .replay come from them they said that Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused to you.
We will update you as soon as possible.
Meanwhile, we request you to co-operate. Then I sent one more email writing that how many time it take took to refund the amount .in all the email they alway said that they will update as soon as possible . I have sent first email on *october **** nad its today ** Nov **** .same replay always from syska we will update as soon as possible
