Swiggy - Swiggy Payment taken without any order

Was ordering for Dominos Farmhouse Pizza from Swiggy, on **-Nov-** - there was a delay in payment, when I returned and made the payment - the order was no confirmed - instead got a message saying "Pacman" ate the money -- there was no order in my order history but my back transaction clearly shows that Rs. *** have been tranferred to Swiggy.

This needs to be refunded - I am unable to even reach a swiggy personnel regarding this as their IVR only allows to speak for current orders. This is not fair -- there needs to be a clear communication line for customer grievances and refund must be made for the order that was not even taken !
