I have ordered from Spice Factory but when i placed the order i got to know the order has been placed at Sukhi Da Dhaba. I asked immediately to swiggy support that there is something wrong abd requested them to cancel. But no one cared. When i asked the delivery agent he also confirmed that he is picking the order from Sukhi Da Dhaba instead of Spice Factory. The receptionist also confirmed that they are using the name of Spice Factory instead of Sukhi Da Dhaba. But Swiggy representative did not convince and they charged me the full though I did not accept the order.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
