Order No: *********** with Swiggy. Order date: *st July ****

I had ordered Brownies from Theobroma. This order never got delivered to my residence. I was told the packet was not delivered because my number was not reachable.

I would like to report that this is a case of theft as I did not receive any calls either from the delivery boy or from the back end team. My number was never switched off so this is a complete lie or they dialed a wrong number

I did not check my mail at that time as I was not expecting a mail.

This was a **** rupee order and this is really high handedness. My building has * guards and the delivery guy never came anywhere near my building.
They probably messed up the address and phone number and god alone knows where he was waiting and who did he try to call.

Has Swiggy now come to this level that they can simply cancel and throw away a customer order ? Why can’t they return it to the bakery ??

This was a large order and this is completely unacceptable. I want my money back or my food delivered tomorrow.

I can show them my call records that no one called me. My building has CCTV and * guards and you can look at the footage and also talk to the guards..NO ONE CAME HERE

They completely messsed up the phone number and address or they are simply lying

Please return my money or deliver my food

Most horrible experience. I have seen similar experiences of others in this forum so hoping this will be resolved.
