Swiggy - Swiggy Items missing No refund

I have ordered one full Grill chicken with Order ID '***********'. But I have received only half Grill chicken.
When I have asked for refund, they were willing pay only Rs **.**, where as cost of missing will be Rs ***. I didn't accept the offer made by them and I have asked for cost of missing item.
They are not willing to pay the same. When see in google,, there are many such complaints against swiggy.
Once money is credited to them on order, they are taking disadvantage of it and not refunding. Simply saying as per the company policy we can't make the refund,, not sure what kind of policy is this, who has given them right to loot the customers?.
Please see to take necessary action against Swiggy as many Customer's are facing issues.
