I had ordered food Chicken Manchurian Dry on **.**.****. When the food was delivered and on opening the package we food that the chicken was under cooked. The chicken was not edible at all. When the matter was taken up with Swiggy they refused to take back the food and ask me to lodge a complaint. I had filed a complained with Swiggy(copy of the complaint mail attached), they refused to refund the cost of the item ordered. The value of the item was Rs. ***. This incident caused lot of inconvenience to me and my family and we had to find other means to have our dinner. I kindly request you to look into the matter and give me a favourable solution.
