Somya Agarwal filed complaint against Swiggy on Nov 13, 2024
I placed an order of cake for an event on *th November from Swiggy. The delivery partner didn't call me when he arrived and neither I was provided with any notification and my order was automatically cancelled without my knowledge. Since the order was extremely important, I had to reorder it immediately. The whole amount was charged to me as cancellation fee.
Upon contacting to customer care on app as well as email, they kept giving me excuses instead of solution.
the fault was made on Swiggy's behalf.
After continuous chasing of customer care for two days, I was provided with the excuse that the complaint won't be attended past ** hrs, despite i already placed many complaints on same date of order.
I m very dissatisfied and disappointed with the behaviour of Swiggy.
Pls look into the matter and provide me with the refund of cancellation charges.
