Jang bahadur Singh filed complaint against Goibibo on Apr 20, 2021
I booked a flight (AI-****) using the Goibibo website for my parents from Amritsar - ATQ to Birmingham - BHX for the date of Feb **, ****.
It was cancelled by Airlines on Feb **, **** (Just * days before it they were expecting to travel.)
I quickly took action and intimated Goibibo about this. Goibibo then updated my ticket status to cancelled on Feb **, ****. Following is what the Goibibo site displays for my booking:-

After the airline gives approval, the refund will be auto credited and you will be notified accordingly.

Since then I am trying to call Goibibo to know about refund status. Their IVR option doesn't let you speak to customer support if you select the existing booking option and upon selecting the new booking option executive says you are connected to the wrong department and they could not help.
Then I tried to contact Air India, they said to me "Air India would only take requests from the agent (goibibo in my case) side to expedite the refund request. Your agent has to call our sales team for that"
But Goibibo reps are so arrogant and not listening to my request. One of their representative (ZahunAbdeen) even became so ruthless with his words and disconnected my call when I asked him to transfer my call to the correct department.
I have all the necessary evidence to support my claims I made.
I want to get a refund from these SCAMSTERS.
