- Stay problem in room Closed
Can you please make the check out time as ** hours. This system is too inconvenient. My father and I were travelling from Phagwara to Delhi. We booked an Oyo room and the next day our train was at *:** pm. We literally begged the owner of the hotel, hotel greenhouse to extend the stay time and we offered him extra charge also but he didn't listen. He asked us to vacate the room at ** noon. We waited at the railway station in the horrible climate. We will never ever book an Oyo anymore and will suggest the people not to book. The experience was very horrible. In the room, there was no AC for *-* hours at night. Too bad service.
