Zookr.com - spurious 64gb pendrive given

i bought one ** gb cruzer pendrive for rs. ***.** which i paid online on **/**/**** from zookr in their online portal www.zookr.in on **/**/**** vide order no. *b***c**-*cdb-****-bc**-*******d***c dated ******. i got one cover delivered by courier on **/**/**** containing said item sent by hs mobile bazaar, ** sharma colony, budh vihar, phase ii, rohini, delhi, ****** phone no *** ******** gstin **afipa****l*zx but it contained only a plastic shell pendrive which is broken and not working and the cover was very old, dirty looking and torn.
i emailed zookr intimating all this on **th asking for return. also i made several calls for **** ******* but no body is picking up or answering my call. hence i am lodging this complaint. pleasehelp refund of rs ***.**.
