I've ordered for One Plus * on zookr.com website on **-Sept-**. and paid **,*** rps through PayTM account.There was no such information or intimation messages provided to me in regards with the shipment. Also I've tried several times calling cust. care number provided in there website but that never get connected Wrote many emails and no proper response.
After many days I've got call from some dealer saying that he is from Zookr and The mobile which we ordered is not in available so we will send you Redmi note pro. I didn't agreed with that and asked to refund my money when you don't have stock whan I'd ordered for.again I didn't get reply so I wrote mail that I LL go to consumer court than same day I got dispatch details,once I received the cover I opened product is completely damaged one plus * not one plus *.again I wrote mail that have sent wrong and damaged product they asked me to share images of the product,I sent all images but they are not responding me.so I request you please take action against zookr.com and seller and help to recover my loss.
