I had ordered Phantom *G Smart Watch with HD camera on **th December from Zookr.com and I received a totally different and substandard watch. I complained about it several times to the customer care, but they refused to replace or refund, while there is a clear provision for replacement in such cases. I mailed them the pictures of the watch I had ordered and what I actually received. The response of the customer care is so irresponsible. Please help me.
