I had provided special instructions of food without Onion and garlic on my swiggy order *********** awarded to Chatkaras restaurant on **/**/**** **:** pm. The order was delivered with food containing onionand garlic. I called customer service of swiggy but they refused to replace the food or refund back the money..
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
