I've been using airtel gsm for last * years without problems. I ported to airtel from reliance cdma (so I've been using the number for ** years!) This number recently got damaged. So I went to airtel office for getting a duplicate sim. Now the nightmare begins. They fucking have someone else's ID registered on my number (obviously a clerical mistake from their end) and they're penalising me and mocking me by saying get the id of the person whose the number is registered with. fucking cunts I tell you. so I lose my number of ** years? #boycott airtel. It's not my fault, it's theirs. I hope india has a better judicial system in the near future so these assholes could be brought to justice. And they said they cannot recreate the number as it was an mnp number. wtf. Couldn't you've fucking told me before I bought it from you. then you were just welcoming trying to convert. I curse airtel that their company shuts down asap. for harassing me and causing unnecessary mental trauma. number: ******** I'm telling all my family and friends to get off this devious network asap. They penalise customers, and are rude to them and don't treat them properly. Go for jio or bsnl instead.
