I have requested a call for Airtel wifi On *nd june ****, On *rd a lady representative called me from Airtel. And provide me the process for the installation Airtel wifi. And, She instructed me to make *** rupees as a booking amount. I made the payment then she assured me that the engineer will call me within * hour and make the installation as my preferred date and time. However, It's *th June and I have not received any call from any engineer for the installation. And, I couldn't able to contact airtel customer service. There are no option available on airtel thanks app, or airtel official website to raise a complaint on this particular matter. Therefore, I reached here to get your support on making the installation as early as possible. I don't want refund, I want the installation to be done successfully.
