Sanjay filed complaint against Airtel on Mar 6, 2026
An airtel representative contacted me for a new airtel wifi connection and informed me that he would be bringing in the new connection on the next day morning. I doubted him and avoided the calls but he called me more than ** times and informed me that he would be sending his ID card and everything for proof . Then later he asked me to pay but I cross verified using the airtel app and yes I found there was receipt and also a request for a new connection but past * days he is Avoiding me and I couldn't even connect to the customer service . It's too difficult without internet here and I could have installed other connection but now I regret choosing airtel and I also complained to the consumer court and still there's no solution for this . I have faced issues coz of this . I have taken two days of leave so that the installations can be done but I have faced losses because of this .
