Sorry to inform you that I have done a big mistake by buying Godrej Refrigerator, as per my earlier mails I have given many complaints and also from call to customer support, with complaint numbers, **/**/**** ( Y**********) closed, **/**/**** ( Y **********), **/**/**** (Y**********), **/**/**** ( Y **********), **/**/**** ( Y **********), only first complaint visited after that there is no response, I will wait for couple of days after that I will take the refrigerator to showroom and throw it there, I don' want to such kind of quality item. Technician visited on **/**/****, but no response from him. Technician visited he said that I am forwarding complaint to Mumbai head office for further necessary action , Now they are telling that you have defrost manually twice in a week to reduce moisture and water drain, and about sound from compressor they are telling that it is common in this model, that means sales man has cheated by selling out dated Refrigerator.
My humble request you to take necessary action and help me in this regard. and do need full.
