I had ordered Office *** software from Shopclues.com on June **, ****. I received a link and details to install software from a vendor email address. But when I tried installing the software, it showed a message "incorrect password and password cannot be updated". This proves the product is FAKE. The vendor is NOT replying to my emails. I have registered my case with Shopclues.com and a Support Ticket No. ******** has been opened. But they have asked me to wait till July **, ****. I don't understand the NEED for this long wait as it is an online software product. I want my REFUND of amount Rs. ***/- I spent on this purchase. You may think amount is on lower side, but it's my hard earned money and more so this kind of malicious practice should be stopped. We need to teach a lesson to this kind of unscrupulous vendors for fleecing their customers.
